The initial license allows you to print and distribute an unlimited number of your ordered card. You are not allowed to modify the printing you provided or any license material we provide on the inside of the card without violating the copyright and patent. Corrections or other licenses are $15 each master. Make sure you complete your information correctly on the completion page after your order.

You may not sell your card or derive other commercial value other than intended by the initial purchaser without written approval and appropriate licensing. If you have any questions, ask. Ignorance of the law does not protect you from violating the copyright and license.

Examples: (For example only and does not cover all possibilities.)

You can make a card for distributors where you only need to modify the ID to identify a website but you cannot sell the card to the distributor. If the distributor wants a personal card they must purchase a license.

You can make a card with a coupon for discounts for your business but you cannot make a discount card and sell it to others.

After you pay for your order you will be directed to a page to fill out the Inspired Business Envelope information. You may choose to use images or text for your card. If using images you will need to provide a link to the image on the Internet or email the image in jpg or gif format. You will also be asked the size for your card. We provide 1, 2, 4 or 8 cards per 8 1/2 x 11 page. Color printing is extra. Normal size is 8 which is about a business card size when opened by your prospect.

We will email your Master PDF and license agreement to the email of your order. You must print and fold your own material unless you order printing. It takes about one hour to cut and fold 24 cards no matter what size.

You MUST use an email address in your order that is valid or you will NOT receive your master copy with your license. The printed material will be shipped to the address in your order by insured Priority Mail for US ONLY for $7.50. There is tax on California and Nevada printed material.

All other customers in non USA countries will be contacted for shipping price and mailing instructions for printed material.

Due to the nature of this product, you agree there is NO refund after the master is sent to the email of this order. The product is unique to the individual ordering.

If you remove the copyright notice and website link on any cards you send out you are in violation of the copyright.

The license rights pertain to NON commercial resell purposes. If someone has sold you an Inspired Business Envelope or charged you to produce one for your own or business use other than direct from Genus Enterprises, the copyright has been violated. If you create, print and distribute your own cards that in any way, reasonably represents the pattern and or layout in either or both the layout or functional design you have violated the copyright if not given prior written authority by Genus Enterprises. Each Master has a unique license code that must be on all distributed cards.

The copyright covers the unique printing and folding of the paper in such a way that it creates the presentation of information for a business card or invitation on what is normally the inside of an envelope flap while maintaining the look of an envelope with a pull tab to open.

Reward, anyone that first notifies us of a copyright infringement will receive 50% of all damages collected after deducting any legal fees. The other 50% will be donated to the support of the spread of the Gospel of Jesus Christ as designated by Roger Johnsrud or his assigns.
